Note 1 - Login Information:

Examples & Accounting Guides: As planned (and done each year), login user names and passwords for our GreenTraderTax examples, accounting and law guides were changed effective February 11, 2008; to provide access only to purchasers of our 2008 examples guides (and 2007 examples guides as well providing they were purchased after Oct. 15, 2007). If you should be able to login but have trouble, please contact info@greencompany.com or call customer service to get your 2008 login information.

Preparation: . If you signed up for 2007 tax preparation (or older years to be filed after 10/15/07), you are entitled to the updated login information to the tax preparation area.

Hardcover book: This login information does not change.

Web Access:

When you purchase a guide or service, you receive a login name and password that will grant you immediate access to protected areas on our Web site and for the remainder of tax season. The guides and service support areas are in these protected areas, and you will have access through approximately Jan. 30, 2009; leaving you sufficient time to complete your 2007 tax returns in 2008; and for year-end tax planning. If you have trouble getting your user name and password, see troubleshooting below.

Troubleshooting:

How to get your user name and password: When you purchased your guide, you received a Purchase Confirmation displaying a download icon and link. You also received an email from GreenTraderTax.com titled "your download files are here." That download link works for 3 attempts or 72 hours, which ever comes first. The download is a one page Acrobat Reader pdf file which includes your user name and password to login to our Web based guides. If you are too late in opening your pdf file, contact us by email with a copy of your order and we will email you the user name and password.

If you have trouble logging in: Note, you must enter the user name and password exactly as stated (all lower case) and make sure you are trying to log into the correct guide.
